What this conversion is for
Create a layer-based fabrication handoff from a saved KiCad board. The board supplies physical geometry; each generated layer and drill file must belong to the same design revision.
Convert supported KiCad files to Gerber + Excellon. Select more outputs to get them in the same job.
In development — results may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Shared editor engine for supported board and authored schematic profiles. Coverage and independent qualification are reported separately.
The contents of your file determine which information can be preserved. Each result includes its own conversion notes.
Upload the saved .kicad_pcb board. A .kicad_sch schematic contains logical design information, but does not provide the routed copper and hole locations needed for a fabrication package.
For assembly, check whether your manufacturer also requires a BOM and pick-and-place file. Select BOM and placement CSV as additional outputs when the source contains the required component and placement data.

A package for each successful output, plus conversion notes. If an output cannot preserve the required information, its result explains why.
Yes. Upload once, select the outputs you need, and follow the job using its private link. Free, no account.

Upload the saved .kicad_pcb board for layout conversion. Keep related project files in one ZIP when needed. A schematic alone cannot supply board routing or manufacturing geometry.
Open the exported layer set in a Gerber viewer. Compare board profile, copper, solder mask and drill alignment with KiCad, including both sides of the board.
Check footprint sides, copper layers, zones and drill locations. Per-layer pad shapes and custom pads need particular attention when changing manufacturing formats.
Prepare PCB assembly data: understand BOM and pick-and-place CSV files, check origins and rotations, and keep fabrication files on the same revision.
