If you upload personal data on behalf of an organisation, you remain responsible for having authority to provide it. An upload does not replace any data-processing agreement your organisation needs.
Information involved
You can browse without creating an account. To request a conversion you must provide the relevant files and choose an output. Remove personal information that is unnecessary for conversion before uploading.
- Uploaded file contents and filenames. Engineering files can contain author names, contact details, project identifiers and other personal or confidential information.
- Converted files, conversion reports and job information, including selected formats, file sizes, timestamps and a random job identifier.
- Technical request information needed to deliver the website, such as an IP address and request headers. Application errors are logged separately and can include filenames, paths or conversion details.
- Cookie preferences you save on this browser. Optional analytics or advertising information depends on the providers currently offered and the categories you allow, as explained below.
- Information you choose to include when contacting us, such as your email address and the details of a privacy request.
Why information is used
We process your upload to run the requested conversion, provide results and explain conversion limitations. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, steps you request or performance of a contract with you provide a basis for this processing when that basis is applicable.
Our interests in keeping the service reliable, investigating faults and protecting it from abuse support necessary operational processing. These interests must be balanced against the rights of the people whose information is involved.
Conversion is automated file processing. A conversion status describes the handling of a file; it is not a decision about a person’s legal rights.
Who can access a job
A job link gives access without signing in. Anyone who obtains it can view the job, download available files and request deletion. Keep the full link private, including when sharing screenshots or asking for help.
People operating or hosting the service can have technical access to its stored data when administering or troubleshooting it. A private job link is not an account-based permission system or a guarantee that only you can access the files.
The application does not list job files publicly. Links to other websites do not automatically send your uploaded board to those websites; choosing to visit or upload to them is a separate action.
Expiry and early deletion
Each job link expires 7 days after submission. Repeated uploads create separate jobs; any shared stored copies may be retained for 7 days after the latest upload. You can delete a queued or finished job earlier when its files are not being processed or downloaded. Cleanup may wait for active work.
The job page shows its expiry time. Expired jobs stop being available through the application. A periodic cleanup removes their working directory, including uploads, generated files and job reports. Active processing, downloads or a service interruption can delay physical removal.
The deletion control cancels queued work or deletes a finished job and clears reusable processing copies for its inputs. Other separately submitted jobs keep their own files and expiry times. Deletion waits while these inputs are being processed or this job is being downloaded. Deletion cannot be undone through the service.
Deleting a job does not remove copies already downloaded by you or anyone else. The seven-day job timer does not manage separately held server diagnostics, correspondence or any infrastructure backups; job deletion is not a promise to erase every trace from every system.
Location and processing arrangements
The service operator is a Hong Kong company. Its registered address does not by itself identify where a particular file is stored or accessed.
If your upload requires a particular storage location, a data-processing agreement or international-transfer safeguards, contact us about those requirements before providing personal data. Uploading a file does not itself establish those arrangements or amount to consent to unrelated uses.
Privacy requests
You may request access to and correction of your personal data under applicable Hong Kong law. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, rights can also include erasure, restriction and portability, depending on the circumstances.
Contact us with enough information to identify the relevant records and explain your request. We may need to verify your identity or authority without collecting unnecessary additional information. Do not attach an entire confidential design when a description will do.
Statutory conditions and exceptions can affect a request. The job deletion control is a practical file-management option; it does not replace your legal rights.
Your right to object
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you can object to processing based on legitimate interests because of your particular situation. Send your objection to the privacy contact. If a separate activity relies on your consent, you can withdraw that consent without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Complaints and related information
You can raise a concern with us and, where applicable, complain to the Hong Kong Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, the UK Information Commissioner or the relevant EEA supervisory authority.

Optional analytics and advertising
Configured analytics and advertising services are optional and use your separate consent for the relevant purpose. Refusing them, or withdrawing consent later, does not prevent file conversion.
When you allow a configured category, Google receives information associated with its requests, such as public-page information, browser or device details, an IP address and cookie identifiers. Configured analytics measures use of the website; configured advertising supports advertising measurement and personalisation. The categories currently available are listed below.
The application does not include uploaded files, filenames, job identifiers, download URLs or conversion reports in the events it sends. After analytics consent it can record that a file was uploaded and that a conversion result was downloaded. This does not make visits anonymous to the provider.
Google describes its processing, retention, international operations and privacy controls in its own privacy information. The seven-day file-expiry period does not set the retention of information already received by Google.
Use Cookie settings in the footer to review the available categories and change a saved choice. The cookie notice explains the preference cookie, provider cookies and the limits of browser-side deletion. A tracking choice is separate from agreeing to the service terms or uploading a file.
- Analytics: Google Tag Manager is configured, but measurement tags load only after you allow analytics.
