pcbx.tools is operated by DNN TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED. Upload a board, get a conversion, we keep the files for 7 days to debug the converter, then delete them.

Controller

DNN TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED is the controller of personal data processed through pcbx.tools.

What we process

• The files you upload and the converted files we generate.
• A random job identifier in the download URL.
• Ordinary web-server logs (IP address, time, user agent) used for security and abuse prevention.

We do not create accounts. We do not sell data. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why

Conversion is the service you ask for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Keeping files for 7 days to debug the converter is our legitimate interest in making the conversion reliable (Art. 6(1)(f)). Security logs are a legitimate interest in keeping the service available and safe.

How long

Files are uploaded to our servers and kept for 7 days to debug the converter, then deleted with no trace. Security logs are kept only as long as needed to investigate abuse.

Where

Files are stored on servers we operate for DNN TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, a Hong Kong company. If you are in the EEA or UK, that is a transfer outside those territories. It is necessary to provide the conversion you requested (Art. 49(1)(b)).

Your rights

If GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or to object to legitimate-interest processing. Write to privacy@pcbx.tools or to the registered office. You may complain to your local supervisory authority. We have no data-protection officer.
